Report abuse or request help
Groundhog is operated by Unifinity Software Corporation. You can report suspected misuse of a Groundhog tunnel or ask for support at support@unifinity.com.
What to include
- The public tunnel URL or tunnel name.
- When you saw the problem, including your time zone.
- A brief explanation of the suspected misuse or the help you need.
- Relevant non-sensitive evidence, if available.
Do not send passwords, connection keys, authentication tokens, private request bodies or unnecessary personal information. A public URL and a concise description are usually enough to begin a review.
What happens next
The operator and team monitor the mailbox daily. We assess reports and may suspend a workspace or take other action under the Terms of Use. Daily monitoring is not a promise of an immediate response or a particular outcome.
You may contact the same mailbox about an enforcement decision, a verified deletion request or another privacy concern. Explain which workspace or account is affected; we may ask for sufficient information to verify your authority without requesting secrets.
Support messages and abuse reports are retained for 12 months after the case closes. Unresolved investigations and legal obligations may require longer retention. See Groundhog privacy information.
